1. I don't know if my situation could be helped by Imperial Care Centre Ltd. Can I call and discuss my situation with someone?
We encourage all requests and will send out a representative to explain or discuss any situation.

2. What does it cost to be a member?
A membership is $50.00 per year individually / $150.00 corporately and helps us identify any medical or physical condition we should be aware of.

3. Are there any other benefits included with being a member of Imperial Care Centre Ltd.?
Yes. As well as door to door premier service by our experienced companions, we offer "weekend day outings." Members will be notified in advance about any events scheduled for weekends ahead. For example, we would pick up our members, go to the mountains, take in maybe a berry farm or guest ranch, supply lunch and return home for a modest cost.
Also, Imperial Care Centre Ltd. is a growing company and soon will be offering retail discounts throughout the city at numerous restaurants, stores and other services all with the Imperial Care Centre Ltd. identification card.

4. Are you capable of transporting wheelchair clients?
Yes! Our fleet of"special needs" wheelchair vans will grow as the demand for the service justifies.
