WHO WE ARE
Imperial Care Centre Ltd. is a Calgary based private company that provides companionship and transportation service primarily dedicated to seniors and people with disabilities. The services to be offered will be determined by the wants and needs of the clients, be it grocery shopping, transportation to a doctor's appointment, visiting friends or entertaining company at home.
The service will be provided to those establishing an annual membership, and will be on a fee-for-service basis. The membership will allow the company to not only offer premier service, but also to keep records on clients' needs and requirements. The service providers will quickly come to know the personal likes and dislikes of the clients.
The staff provided to assist and accompany the clients will be drawn from experienced health-care providers. Due to their training they will be able to not only provide basic emergency assistance, but will also be on the lookout for any potential health problems. This will provide a feeling of security to our clients and their families.
Imperial Care Centre Ltd. is committed to providing personal service with dignity, to allow clients to lead full and active lives without worries about health and transportation. The benefits of the service are:
Fees for the service will be charged on an hourly basis, with a minimum of one hour charge (which, due to the traffic situation in the Calgary area will include 30 minute travel time), then fifteen minute segments thereafter. (Imperial Care Centre will reserve the right to decline service for anyone with a particular condition for which the attendants are not trained to handle).
